With a practical need for caffeine, evolved into a passion.

Sapidus Roast was founded in 2022 by Zac and Leah. Sapidus Roast is a bit of a passion project which has derived from wanting to give consumers a tasteful and unique experience through coffee. As elite athletes, we have both come from utilising coffee as a function mechanism (which I’m sure most people can relate), to wanting to create an experience with coffee through unique tastes and flavours (duh), brew methods and recipes. Through this we hoped to pass on what we have learnt so that people can enjoy the same experience as we have with coffee.

Our vision for this coffee mission is to create a tasteful and unique experience for all coffee enthusiasts. We hope that by consuming our coffee we open your eyes and taste buds up to a world of exciting flavours and experiences.

Zac and Leah met  through swimming and our relationship grew over conversations about coffee. Traveling together we always searched for unique and flavourful brews, and whenever we could, we shared those brews with others and together through our love for finding unique and flavourful brews, we brought Sapidus Roast to life.
