Salam 🙂 I’m Gilava, founder of Exotic Bazaar, where you can discover and enjoy Middle Eastern flavours in your everyday cooking.

Inspired by my Iranian roots and love for bold, vibrant flavours, I created Exotic Bazaar to make global cooking easy and exciting.

After moving to Australia, I saw the need for effortless, flavourful meals that showcase more countries on the map, so I began crafting sweet and savoury blends and meal bases that bring the world to your kitchen- effortlessly. That’s why I started Exotic Bazaar, to offer easy-to-make recipes and pre-blended flavours.

Over the past five years, we’ve built a loyal community that values the quality and authenticity of our products. My goal is to spread the love of food and family from Middle Eastern culture to my new home in Australia.
